What is Basal Body Temperature?

Basal body temperature is the body's lowest resting temperature, typically reached during sleep. This shows an increase after ovulation due to the release of progesterone. OvuPro hi-fidelity sensor measures the basal body temperature to an accuracy of 99% and relays it to the OvuPro app for further processing.
